We appreciate your patience as we have worked through the planning stages of this neighborhood over the past year. Site excavation is complete and we are currently working on storm drainage and final street paving preparations as of February 24th. We are currently expecting to be complete by May/June 2020.
On this page, you will find the brochure map and a general information packet. At this time, we do not have individual pricing for the lots (expected to start at $90,000) and are not accepting lot reservations. We will keep you updated as we move forward with construction progress, pricing release, and pre-sale information. Please note that there is no current access to the neighborhood until our street construction is complete.
